I did understand my plan, but got a phone call a few days later asking me to schedule something we hadn't discussed. I went back to read my visit summary and there was no discussion of this procedure (upper endoscopy). After a phone call and a message to my doctor, I learned that this is required by insurance before proceeding to the initial plan.

Only negative couldn't get follow up appt. with her for 4 mos.

It took MNGi 1 wk. & 1 days to send over my orders to Abbott NW Hospital to get my tests scheduled.

Thank you for expanding the team with the mobility clinic. the care has improved greatly with the added staff.

Reception staff lovely, care provider & assistant mediocre/uninterested.
