Overall, good visit.
I have had the opportunity of recommending MNGI to a friend having GI issues.
My only concern is your lab technician. I have been poked 3 times. Need more experienced lab tech. I have never had this experience before that I've been poked many times.
Much better experience at Bloomington location. Staff were much more kind & provider showed gratitude & respects.
Your staff even called me to tell me Mayo Clinic received my referral and would be calling me. Since I moved to the metro area I have never had such good follow up and care.
Had a few follow up questions after Doctor left room and lab tech doing my bloodwork took questions down and called me with answers before I even hit the freeway home
I am very lucky to have worked with MNGI for as long as I have.

I have gone to MNGI for many years & have always felt I was well taken care of.
When I was hospitalized I don't think MNGI and Fairview Hospital communicated well together.
