The nurse was very pleasant and efficient and did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of the delays. I was confused when the lab tech introduced herself as being in charge of my discharge. I thought they had forgotten about the blood draw.

Care plan is well explained and I really like getting a handout with the care plan listed.
