I was greatly satisfied with my care and I certainly will recommend your clinic to others.
It's interesting because I went there for fatty liver, which I've had a echo and another procedure done for it but my blood work came up just with my ALTs heightened but barely and everything else is normalized so I was kind of wondering why I'm going in for two more procedures of which I guess I have to schedule them separately even though I think they're both blood draws in three months And why we wouldn't at this point just watch where my numbers go again because it sounds like I don't have a very extreme case of fatty liver and methotrexate might've been the culprit to that
It was a good visit
Very happy
Good visit.
I felt my experience with all staff at MNGI were helpful & professional.
I had to literally fight' to get medical staff to attend to anything other than a boilerplate' or template' approach to what I am experiencing/enduring.
I had to get stuck 8 times with a needle before the staff were able to successfully draw my blood for lab work. Staff need to be trained better on needle sticks. I have never had a problem with getting blood drawn before and I have blood draws relatively frequently so this seems to be a MNGI related issue.
Thank you again!
The person at the front desk was very kind, the office manager did the best she could to help very shitty situation (no pun intended) and the person who brought me back with the pretty hair was also very sweet. But none of these things help me get better or avoid a hospital visit. So while I do appreciate their kindness, it isn't enough for me to tell people "hey, go to MNGI! They'll take care of you there" I'd say hey, DONT go to MNGI. It's a waste of time!
