I was extremely satisfied.

I wish there could have been some work or test done prior to the visit to determine if in person visit was needed. Was a waste of an in-person visit for the care/next steps received. Now I will have to pay an insurance bill for no new information. Frustrating because its expensive, I had to tak eoff work too which also costs me money.

I received excellent care and will definitely recommend MNGI .

I have no confidence in the care plan give to me. My concerns, needs, and previous experiences were not taken into consideration in creating the care plan.

The paperwork helped. I think it went a bit fast and I wish I had more educational materials handed to me and someone to talk to if needed.

I had to have labs done after my doctor visit, and there was a definite delay in getting that done, without explanation that it may take longer than usual to get the labs done. That was a bit frustrating.

Good experience

The blood draw, done by the tech, was painful the minute the needle was inserted. The bruising/swelling increased and lasted about 10 days.

I had some lab work done and everyone at MNGI was incredibly friendly, caring and helpful.

Excellent job of explaining my care plan going forward.
