Would recommend MNGI - very professional/caring.
My visit was OK. VERY disappointed in NO response to four calls, three to get my lab reports and one to tell the dr. of pain in my upper abdomen radiating to my back. I was told each time "they" would get back to me. A month later - no lab results.
I was pleased with the overall visit and suggested imaging to identify or rule out my stomach pain.
It's time to expand MNGI care in the western metro area. ie. Chanhassen needs to be clinic & endoscopy. Living in Chaska, everything is at least 40 min away. Scheduling continues to be a pain.
Everything was well explained.
Staff haven't contacted me about treatment options or haven't prescribed medication yet even tho I was diagnosed with parasites in my gut over a week ago, haven't even contacted me yet. Disappointed
The staff did not work together to care for me
