Because the scheduling to get to see the doctor you want to see, in person, is so difficult, may not recommend MNGI to others. Scheduling system is very poor!

I would not recommend this practice because both the physician and the nurse practitioner with whom I have dealt over the last 11 months are too busy to be helpful

Because of my excellent care at MNGI, especially, I went from living in pain and fatigue, unable to work, having to plan all volunteering and recreation always near a toilet, and eating a very limited low residue diet. With care, I have been able to return to work full time, enjoy biking, hiking and paddle boarding, can easily plan a car or shopping trip without plotting where the closest bathroom is at all times, and I can enjoy fresh produce and whole grains again. Every student I help, every fun adventure I take to be with my husband and now adult children, every pain free day is because of MNGI. Thank you for giving me my life back!

Your staff is wonderful. Need to figure out how to stop rolling my veins during blood draws.

I have been very pleased with the care and professionalism.

I have only been to MNGI one other time and that was for a colonoscopy. I think your clinic is great. Everyone I have encountered is extremely helpful and it is nice to see people happy at their job. Also loved the fact I could call a nurse at any time with questions about the procedure. That was extremely helpful and reassuring.

Prior to 2023 I would have rated MNGI Bloomington as GREAT. But 2023 has been challenging.
