I didn't like having to go to another doctor at an unfamiliar location. I thought the procedure I need would be performed at MNGI.

Since my phone "does not allow" me to use the patient portal and since I do not have a computer, staff has gone out of its way to help completely w/ordering meds.
Excellent experience. I worked at mayo clinic health for 20 years and this visit rates right up there with the patient excellence we provided.
Very impressed with the whole experience
There was no confusion at all, on my part, upon leaving my appointment. All of my questions had been answered with a plan in place.
Phlebotomist was skilled, careful, and took extra time to explain what would be involved to obtain a useable stool sample for testing.
