I heard that they would initiate additional scheduling of procedures, but it has been over 24 hours and no one has called me. For a condition that requires first available appt, i'm confused about who is doing what, Impt also bc I need to coordinate a driver.

The waiting room at the Eagan Clinic could use a facelift - it looked rather bland & worn. Nurses consideration, I know.

The provider did not check me out, the man who did that was way too chatty and friendly. I just wanted to leave and he was going over the same things the provider had already gone over with me. It was a very negative experience.

From check in to after visit summary --all very professional staff!
