Excellent bedside manners.
Dr. Perscribed a medication that was Unaffordable. She stated there are other alternatives but when I requested information about the other alternatives via email the response was " ask your Insurance company" . Since when have the insurance companies become a doctor. This doesn't make any sense.
The summary was confusing. But the dr. as well patient coordinators were prompt and helped clarify my questions when I called the clinic.
Every experience I've had with MNGI has been top notch over the years.
Time will tell if I feel better; I am hoping so very soon.

The whole staff is well trained and compassionate with all the patients. They take a lot better care of me than I do myself.
