When I went to have my blood taken for labs the nurse back there was busy so the one who brought me back jumped in and took my blood. It was very nice to not have to wait.
Everything was great except calling and waiting on phone and not having any "EMERGENCY" appts. for 2 weeks.
The only issue was waiting to get an appointment.
A health care plan was given that is fully understandable and can be followed

The doctor worked with me to figure out a plan based on my needs and concerns! First assistant mentioned retaking my BP because it was high. The assignment who brought the test & notes took it for me and exclaimed they all work together for the patient...very comforting!!
I would recommend MNGI but never this provider. Also would maybe discourage a potential pt. due to hard to get appt. with your provider.
Basically felt brushed off with no real plan for any further action
After waiting to get in to see the specialist and team, who I thought were wonderful, I was disappointed that I couldn't get the endoscopy and colonoscopy that I need for two more months.
All staff was very professional and efficient.
