This is my second experience with mngi and I don't think I will be returning. Since my first experience, at another location broke trust with the company, I almost tossed the baby out with the bath water. But, I gave your company a second chance at another location. After this experience, I plan to seek same services from another Healthcare organization.

I was supposed to have a consultation 4 weeks after lab results back but can't get an appt. until DECEMBER!!!
Follow up calls for further information was easy to obtain.

All staff and doctors are easy for me to communicate with. To be able to tell aides and doctors almost anything I think helps them to care for my needs.
Staff got my patient plan document completely wrong. It said to schedule colonoscopy ASAP but I did not agree to that. A stool test was mentioned by the PA but that was missing.
