Good.
Very explicit in his discussion of the issue and recommendation to solve the problem.
Would have appreciated the name of a surgeon in case I need surgery (gallbladder) didn't receive - used my primary to obtain 1.
Understanding my issues and planning out a plan was excellent.
They did not receive any instructions.
I had a very good experience w/MNGI everyone was extremely nice.
The only thing we were not sure about was how we would go about scheduling endoscopy.
Wasn't called prior to appt. that my husband could not come in with me. Was told he MUST WAIT IN HIS CAR. Other people were down on the 1st floor sitting inside, reading papers etc. She appo. that I wasn't called but was VERY emphatic about my husband not waiting in the bldg. We BOTH had on our masks. Found her attitude was NOT rude but she didn't seem to be concerned about why he needed to accompany me.
it was a very positive for me - I would not hesitate to schedule another procedure when the time comes. Everyone was efficient, courteous and the experience was excellent.
