On a scale of 1 to 10, *Dr. Boetticher & staff scored an eleven plus!!!
I needed adjustments in laxative amounts and types and was able to use mychart and receive wonderful assistance/response from nurse. Staff is excellent and friendly. Makes you feel important and not like a bother. Very professional and cheerful and happy to help!
But my upper gi test schedule is still not that easy to schedule like they don't have much earlier morning open, they only have more later like 2pm opening, for my gi test I have to fasting, no foods and drink, 2pm appointment is not good for my stomach. Hope have more choice for future schedule. Thanks

she came up with a good care plan, but I will likely see someone else because I don't know if I can deal with her after all that was said.
Very thorough! I would have liked to have had my bloodwork completed prior to my appointment so during the consult with my provider, we could discuss in person. Next time, I will ask for that option.
In all, an excellent experience. Easy to make an appointment, staff was caring, professional and prompt.
Basically felt that she was saying she couldn't help me. Dismissive.
