I had a painful experience in the blood lab, so comfort of patient could be considered more - the band made my hand numb and the needle was painful and I was bruised after.
Excellent experience - excellent provider.

I was told I would hear back from her about scheduling amazingly, once she spoke to the doctor. I didn't hear back for over a week, so I finally called in, & then we were able to get an order issued to do an MRI enterography. I would have preferred to get it scheduled sooner tho.
