10 mins. with a MNGI physician that I could have got the info over the phone, and $391.00 is a RIP OFF you will not see me again!!!
I think the nurse should have informed me about delay by the lab in drawing blood rather than wait excessive delay about pending procedure and offering a time estimate to continuing waiting.
Dr Levine is excellent doctor!
DR LEVENE VERY NICE GENTLEMAN AND HE EXPLANED EVERYTHING SO I COULD UNDERSTAND
*Dr. Kandiel (the best) I will not see any one but HIM.
All staff in blood draw etc., were pleasant and very kind - The best.
I felt like *Dr. wasn't listening to me or my issues. He came off with a feeling like - Oh well during the week. I would see any other dr. EXCEPT him.
Overall great first experience. Everyone was super friendly, warm & kind. I felt heard & validated.
Provider was not aware they manually had to order an additional stool test on my sample. Unfortunately, by the time the provider realized this the sample was no longer good. This resulted in potential inaccurate treatment.
Inaccurate stool testing due to doctor not being aware to submit the orders within a timely matter.
