Dr. O'Reilly was very thorough when talking through his plan. And a nurse went over the plan again. I was able to ask questions. And never felt pressured to accept the plan or rushed to take it and leave. I felt like I had a voice in my care plan. And fully understood the plan before I left.

In March, I was told to schedule my colonoscopy/endoscopy - so I did. The first available appointment was in May!
The care plan was not really relevant considering my crisis situation.
