*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I have had so many problems with MNGI. Yesterday I spent 110 minutes on the phone waiting to schedule an appointment for a procedure. I got disconnected twice and had to start the process all over again. All of the agents I spoke with were apologetic and helpful but this is unacceptable.
The chairs in the Infusion Center need work or need to be replaced!
I've always been treated very well, with a lot of respect and professionalism by the entire staff. I commend the offices in hiring and keeping these people.
