All the staff at this clinic was very helpful, and listen to my problems I was having.

Well designed Care plan.

When I was getting my blood drawn he did pretty bad considering I have large veins doctors never have problems with and he bruised my vein pretty bad (2 days later still red and bruised and raised) and when he poked into my vein blood squirted everywhere.
Excellent service and explainations
It was a little annoying to have to check with my insurance company before ordering breath test supplies as it delays my ability (a little) to obtain the tests. However, I guess I would rather not be stuck with a surprise bill! And having clinic staff stuck on the phone all day calling each patient's insurance company about tests would probably eat up their time too much and would negatively affect care in other ways- so I understand.
Appreciate the printed visit summary given to me before I left.
