It would be nice if MNGI and the providers would work with patients to provide more cost effective services. Rx options, endoscopy, ablation, and sedation options.

My care plan was explained exceptionally well to me!

I'm shocked that all the information about me with the nurse in the room before the PA came in is nonexistent in the portal and even list a different patient and care provider.

Hard to go wrong here--everyone was courteous, smooth and professional and clearly spelled out all aspects of my issues and the plans to resolve them.

Printing off after care summary for me is very nice
