Pleased with my overall appointment
Always a very good experience with *Dr. Mitlyng. He has made such a difference for me. I'm in better health because of him. And he is always accessible for questions or problems that arise.
We were very satisfied with the care.
Doctor was baffled, is convinced that I do not have a GI problem, having me go back to my family doctor, so I'm right back at square one, starting all over.
The only suggestion I have is I was asked to come back in two months and the scheduler said he was booked for 4 months. I think that you need to work on coordinating this before the patient leaves the office. I am new to your practice and asked if there were doctor's to call.
No clue when to reschedule or what my test results are - it was horrible
*Dr. McCabe is of the best; I would not wish to turn to another for help with CUC - not even Mayo Clinic
Regarding infusions - I receive every 2 months - scheduling could be better - was better when nurses did it at time of procedure -
I'm a big fan of MNGI - I've seen *Dr. Fine for baseline colonoscopy & now a patient of *Dr. Ganz. Every experience I've had has been best in class.
Appointments are booked out a long ways- super busy.Your doctors are very nice and knowledgeable - just wish I could get in sooner!
