My only complaint is that the patient portal is not customer friendly.

Very efficient office.

Front desk staff, call center staff and nurse were excellent. The provider was very dismissive and I felt he just wanted to move on to the next appointment. A waste of my time to take the time off work.

I came in about an hour early and was told the staff would try to get me in if possible. It wasn't possible as all patients came in at their scheduled times. I was able to be seen at my scheduled appointment. Good communication from the staff.

My overall care was very good with both the clinic assistant: very pleasant & good listener. The doctor: good listening & explanation of further tests endoscopy & colonoscopy. Thank you!

Was very impressed on first visit for colonoscopy in April 2024 and on this visit as well. Felt much better in leaving as felt the care was excellent. And issues would be resolved.

Did not discuss a follow up appt. I did make a follow up because I did know it was required. Appt availability times are very far out and am unhappy with the length of time it will require to get a prognosis.

I was given a very detailed summary with directions to what was next and had blood work done right there to get off to a good start. I've already been called to make the MRI appointment.

Everyone is awesome.

The experience stars from the scheduling process. PA was great. The urgency of scheduling promptly during the begging stages of treatment does not appear to be as important to the scheduler.
