*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
My appt was a follow up to an ER appt, and not once was I asked about the symptoms of that visit, or what possibly could've triggered the pancreatitis then. Instead, the NP came in the room, said they reviewed my chart and reviewed everything with the doc, and recommend a surgical procedure. It doesn't feel like the docs are interested in me or what I have to say.
I have been seeing doctor and PA at MNGi, Plymouth for over 3 years and I would definitely recommend MNGi to my family and friends since I have always received good care.
MNGI is excellent. Everyone is kind and efficient! Wonderful place!
Only gave me one valid treatment to try, since the others had already been tried previously.
My only complaint is that the patient portal is not customer friendly.
Very efficient office.
Front desk staff, call center staff and nurse were excellent. The provider was very dismissive and I felt he just wanted to move on to the next appointment. A waste of my time to take the time off work.
I came in about an hour early and was told the staff would try to get me in if possible. It wasn't possible as all patients came in at their scheduled times. I was able to be seen at my scheduled appointment. Good communication from the staff.
My overall care was very good with both the clinic assistant: very pleasant & good listener. The doctor: good listening & explanation of further tests endoscopy & colonoscopy. Thank you!
Was very impressed on first visit for colonoscopy in April 2024 and on this visit as well. Felt much better in leaving as felt the care was excellent. And issues would be resolved.
