Overall impressed and will highly recommend to anyone looking for GI health care.
No one answered my question in your "My Chart." Communication poor thru "My Chart." Website hard to navigate. After procedure rec'd message that tests were all negative but NO instruction on how to handle my problem after negative tests. No follow up or anything. Left me in limbo. So going back to my regular dr. and probably will not come back to MNGI for further testing as I feel like no one cares. Before, during and after endoscopy everyone involved was SUPER nice, compassionate and caring. Once results in I rec'd NOTHING! Still sick!
Had to wait over 15 minutes to obtain print out of visit discussion
After procedure, would of liked husband in room to listen to dr. explain what findings were found.

Maple Grove MNGI is excellent - all staff is great - I have chosen this location for my ongoing care, thank you.
I only hesitate because of how long it takes to get into ANY MNGI provider.
