The only issue I have is that I was told the schedulers would call me to schedule further appt. I haven't received a call but did get a text to call the office to schedule.

I was told I would be contacted to set up an appointment for the next step. I haven't heard back yet.

Ability to access care very difficult.

Keep doing what you are doing. I have experience with another GI clinic in Minneapolis and there is simply no comparison along each step of the way. This is how you should be treated. Thank you.

The staff member that took my blood for labs was in training and she did a wonderful job and the person training her was great too. I tend to have uncooperative veins but they were able to get blood on the first poke.

I had a good experience with MNGI before and this time everyone was nice but what I was excepting and what I got didn't line up. It wasn't terrible service just a little disappointing.

Dr. dropped the ball & staff picked up the pieces w/great customer service.

There was some confusion by the nursing staff about the stool sample I was supposed to provide and the instructions given could have been clearer.

Good experience.
