My only concern is I has handed a stool kit and told to get it done with little explanation and the statement that I was to deal with my insurance agency since it was a $400 test. I think there could have been more discussion on wether I even wanted this test. This was not done by doctor which might have helped to hear why he wanted it done.

Superior care and attention were provided by all staff. Follow-up was excellent with nurse calling after several days to let me know that a prescription had been approved after pre-authorization. _____ scheduler also followed up with me on scheduling needed colonoscopy.

They explained everything and gave me a number and a name to call if I had any questions. I'm very impressed with everything there. I am relieved I finally know what is wrong with me and I'll get better,

Staff worked well together while I was there but I'm still waiting for a phone call to get an additional test and appointment with the liver clinic that was based on the message from the doctor with my portal test results. I was told that scheduling calls me to set up appointments like that but I likely will have to call the clinic to get that scheduled just to keep my care moving.

I received a thorough plan of action in print, which was great.

Loved my nurse and doctor. My overall experience was way better than than I though it would be.

Everything was explained very clearly to me.
