Very good.

Everyone in the office was good. The only issue I had was when I scheduled appointment the person that entered my information had wrong birthday so I was not able to sign into the portal to create account. I did get a call a day before my appointment that issue was fixed.

They were very clear about the direction afterwards and made me feel better about what I was going through.

Very good experience.

I would not change anything regarding this visit. It was excellent.

I have been to MNGI on two separate occasions for same issues (gut) I have been tested for many things but never was diagnosed or given suggestions that relate to my issues, or referred to someone else that can maybe help me!

My only issue: After my Initial visit, I was supposed to be contacted to schedule follow up appointments. That never happened. I ended up calling back in to schedule the next appointments. They admitted they had the wrong phone number for me. No mention if they had made any attempts to call me, or not.

Every person that helped me at your clinic was caring and compassionate.
