Waited over 10 minutes for an assistant to bring me my paper work

I was told I would be prescribed a medication but after checking in with my pharmacy twice in the following days they still had not received the Rx. I had to call/leave voicemails multiple times with MNGI to get the prescription sent to my pharmacy since the provider never did write and Rx. It took almost a week to get the Rx.
