I liked the paperwork follow up of my appointment.

When someone from MNGI called to follow up and help schedule my referral for therapy. They asked where I wanted to go I told them a location and name of a place. The place I requested has not contacted me. A different therapy place called me to schedule an appointment. It was a location, place that wasn't even offered to me - so it is confusing. I have to follow up myself.

Everybody at MNGI seemed to work as a close knit team

Love Dr. G. Still trying to sell my son after the poor treatment he received from your peds side, which has left him very mistrustful of GI providers. He will come around in time and with Dr. G's consistent care.

Communication for future appointments wasn't the clearest, as I haven't received any calls to schedule them yet like I was told I would.

I really like this practice and would definitely recommend.

I look forward to working more with Dr. Thackeray on my care plan. She was recommended to me due to Gina Storrs retirement, and Dr Solem leaving MNGI. I was very pleased after meeting with her at my last appointment.
