I was given a special diet but not given info about how results or processes of how plans would proceed. I am familiar with portals but find MNGI's a bit cumbersome to use. Staff quick to respond on my questions or concerns after my appointment.

Would recommend with serious reservation, due to scheduling issues, and unavailability of MDs - I am seriously considering seeking another GI specialist.

The only thing that might be improved is adding another liver specialist so patients can get an appointment sooner. After having labs done and getting an abdominal ultasound, I had to wait 6+ weeks for a follow-up appointment. It seemed disjointed.

Everyone is clearly SO busy. They are trying to be kind and professional but their conditions seem very difficult.
