After having stomach emptying test, called your clinic two days later. Dr. had results but never got back to me. Had to wait till over the weekend to following Monday. Haven't been able to work for 3 weeks.

As always, MNGI does an excellent job from the receptionist to the doctors and everyone in between. Your selectivity is to be commended.

no care plan just meds I didn't need and didn't pick up.

Only concern - it has been a week since I submitted samples for testing and I have received NO results. Clerical staff said result from one of the two samples could have been available same day. I have checked the portal daily for updates and found nothing. I will be calling the office tomorrow.

I was very impressed by the concern staff showed for my problems and by everyone's professional manner.

Overall a great experience even though I was nervous about being seen. Everyone was professional and caring and took their time to make sure I was taken care of and had all questions answered.

Everything except my visit w/ the doctor was excellent. His bedside manner stood out poorly in contrast to the great care I received everywhere else.

3 different nurses came in to assist.. the last nurse to go ask the doctor 3 different times about his instructions. I left being totally confused
