Very quick turnaround of receiving new lab results and communicating them to me. Much appreciated.

The handoffs between staff were seamless. Each person seemed to know who I was and what was needed at that juncture. Based only on yesterday's experience I would be very likely to recommend. The unhurried and thorough discussion with my NP left me with a clear picture of my care plan.

It doesn't feel like much happened. The meds suggested weren't approved of by my doctor, and the testing is on hold until They are preapproved.

The only problem was the blood draw (stuck twice, ended up with a 3 inch round purple mark - lasted 3 days). Blood draw at lab sent to was not successful so have to go in again.

*Erica Roberson is a great dr. I would recommend to anyone.

It did take three nurses and over and hour for them to get my blood drawn because of the difficulty of my veins.

Will see the dr. in 6 months.
