Experience
Dr. Connor is from Minneapolis and attended the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate and medical school. She completed her residency in Boston at Tufts Medical Center and spent a year as a hospitalist and nocturnist at two of Harvard's teaching hospitals (Brigham and Women's and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center) before returning to Minnesota to complete her gastroenterology fellowship.

Dr. Connor’s subspecialty interests include hepatology and celiac disease. She has presented her research in hepatology at national and international meetings. She has also pursued additional training in nutrition and was certified as a culinary medicine specialist in 2023.


Dr. Connor serves as the site director for the University of Minnesota gastroenterology fellows and is involved with teaching trainees in the clinic and hospital as well as lecturing at the citywide educational lecture series.

She serves on the Digestive Health Physicians Association’s DEI committee as well as MNGI’s Diversity and Inclusion committee. She leads a Women in Gastroenterology group and loves to connect with people and build community.
