*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I called to file a complaint after *Dr. Vang's neglect landed me in the Urgent Care and emergency surgery. No one followed up.
I would have preferred to see *Dr. Phalen but he's booked for a few months.
From past APPTS. I don't think they give patients enough time to fully recover - recuperate after having procedures. - I feel the staff is pushing to get you out of there quickly = 45 mins. MAX. Last time I didn't feel quite ready to leave & was dizzy etc. I'm sure this is an admin. cost thing that they push the staff so its averaged out per patient for insurance reasons to stay profitable. 45 mins. isn't enough time - at least give an hour!
Good experience.
I called ofc. back after apt. as I did not get a protocol as to when I visit him next & future lab work. I did get an answer then.
Each member of the staff I interacted with was, polite, cheerful and competent. And I appreciate the safety protocols.
I feel incredibly lucky to have found *Dr. Chaudhary. I would and have recommended him to any of my family and friends.
I have to wait until January to get a colonoscopy at United?????????????????
Since I work for a health plan provider I already knew what questions to ask my insurance carrier. I also researched the procedure code, found out the copay/co-insurance. And I've received services from MNGI in the past that is why I went back.
LOVE MNGI!!
