I really liked that the same staffer did my initial intake, prepped the room, executed my discharge, and did my blood draw. It made me feel much more comfortable having the same person throughout the process.
It is difficult to get appointments when wanted
I have recommended this clinic. *Dr. Phelan is a great doctor. If I was unable to make an appt. due to cancer treatment I was receiving, *Dr. Phelan called after hrs. to see how I was doing. Never told a dr. that's that caring about his patients.
*Dr. Dambowy is awesome. He carefully goes over my labs & other tests. He listens to my concerns & takes his time to explain my results. I couldn't be happier with my care. Thank you *Dr. Dambowy!!

I did everything I was told to do. But still having severe pain and diarrhea. Called _____ nurse and told her my problem. They set up a appointment for a colonoscopy in 9 weeks. So I have to live with this pain for 9 weeks.
Too long to wait for appt.
