The nurse drawing my blood, pierced my vein resulting in a painful 4x3 inch bruise. I have big veins and drew blood many times without any adverse effect. Please inspect all techs for their skills in this field.

I am still waiting for my prescription that was supposed to help with some pain and discomfort. Emailed the Dr and she said she was going to follow up but still have not got a call or email saying it's getting delivered.

They ordered an x-ray that should have happened same/next day. Took 2-3 days to get a call to schedule and a full week before the actual x-ray.

I would recommend MNGI to others, but your offices are so far away and spread out in third tier suburbs, that they're very difficult to access. There are 750,000 people in Minneapolis and St. Paul, but no offices there. Because of this, I have a difficult time making appointments and finding a way to get there. Extremely upsetting.
