I came to MNGI endoscopy center In Maple Grove previously for a colonoscopy. I will be coming in again in December.A major concern is that there are nowhere near enough restrooms for a Waiting room full of patients who all have taken colon preps before they came in.I remember having to "hold it" for far too long when I was there. Please at least triple your restroom capacity at Maple Grove.

I was super pleased with this clinic, everything was well explained to me as to what I need to do.

Things were explained well to me. I was given a summary report to take home with me. I'm also pleased with the MNGI portal and that I can review my information there. I also appreciate the opportunity to ask a question/leave a brief message with the doctor and she replied back to me promptly.

Still awaiting the CT results from over 24 hours ago. I have severe abdominal pain and seen yesterday morning. Had the scan early afternoon. Waited rest of day for results which never came. Called MNGI this morning before 9:00. Person on the other end said the results just came in. That was 5 hours ago. I've now been sitting in the ER for more than 2 hours. Tried calling MNGI before coming here, but was disconnected. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back.

Visit was pleasant. MNGI staff were professional and efficient.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I am happy with every aspect of MNGI!.
