This last office experience and follow-up has not been positive.
Informed me of all my issues.
I spent a good deal of time filling out my patient history (conditions, current Rxs, allergies, etc.), but when I log into my patient portal, it shows all of my old Rxs without any of the information I recently filled out. This makes me worried that I may not receive the best care because of a mistake that could be avoided because information wasn't updated correctly.

I was told that someone would call me to schedule the follow up appointment. So far, that had not happened. I don't understand why I couldn't have done that while I was there especially considering the long wait times to see Dr.*Sud.
