Very good
Care plan reviewed in visit. Paper care plan given to me and reviewed at time of exam. Also, the exam with care plan sent to portal for review.
Good experience
I think the appt went exceptionally well. All my questions were answered which helped me plan future decisions.
It was a good experience. The DR.and the nurse were very thoughtful and helpful.
I had a good overall experience and warm, compassionate, professional, good visit at MNGI.

The lab techs were very kind and let me talk and listened while they took 8 or 10 tubes of blood. The technique was very good.
Concurrently with this visit I have been trying to contact medical record to see if the have received records from another Dr. it has been a week and a half without a return phone call. This discourages me from scheduling my colonoscopy w/MNGI.
Portal is next to useless.Pre appointment information website is diabolically long and complicated.
