Excellent experience!
I had to wait a long time (25 minutes) for the doctor to come into my appointment. I did not like that. Overall, the appointment was good. I felt listened to by the doctor and staff. I will come back again.
I will highly recommend MNGI to family and friends.
I was satisfied with my cares and concerns
I felt the appointment went really well, much better than the last consult I had with another provided who pretty much told me that I had only a few years left. Made me more depressed than what I was already feeling.
Top shelf.
My only negative is when I called to schedule a follow up appointment to discuss my endoscopy results I could not get in for 3 months. Unfortunately there is no waitlist to get onto. I will be reaching out to see what to do so I can discuss my results sooner.
My biggest issue was just trying to figure out how to schedule. Website doesn't have an appointment line listed in an obvious place which would be nice. My medical team was great!
The care I received at MNGI was excellent.
