Since I work for a health plan provider I already knew what questions to ask my insurance carrier. I also researched the procedure code, found out the copay/co-insurance. And I've received services from MNGI in the past that is why I went back.

My overall experience at MNGi is excellent. The Woodbury facility is a great addition to the MNGi practice. Everyone is wonderful. My experiences have always been positive despite the reason for the visit or procedure.

*Dr. Smith was very thorough and concluded that more treatment or tests were not necessary unless my health changes. Excellent doctor.
#3. Our understanding was solid from a week of research & consulting family medical professionals. The PA simply referred us to the ER if pain persisted or return in 2 weeks!!! We told him she would be dead by then so we would return in 3 days. We never made it that long and ended up in Woodwinds Hospital where another error occurred.
I have always had a great experience. All staff is friendly, courteous, and thorough. I always feel well taken care of.
*Dr. Rank and his staff are all wonderful and they should be proud of the service they provide.
