Great experience
Someone "dropped the ball" on my care plan. Was not called for 2 weeks. I finally called to get my x-ray and other test set up.
Again, our only concerns are the difficulty of scheduling because of the disconnect between the dr.'s instructions and scheduler's limitation. If he wants a return visit in 6 months, it would work best if we could do that right away, instead of having to wait because the schedulers only work three months out.
Everything was explained clearly by the doctor and staff before I left the clinic.
