Phlebotomy was poor as I was stuck three times. Both staff seemed to struggle because my veins are not prominent. Lots of palpation after the anticubital area was cleansed.The first assistant missed two veins entirely.
I have no complaints. Everyone is so great every time I go there.
Overall I always have a good experience here. All the staff is great
Everything was the best. We only had to wait 10 minutes because a lady in a wheelchair needed extra time.

I previously was taken care of by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I am a fan of Mayo and I am loyal to them, but I have to say that MNGI provides closer follow-up care. I rate MNGI above Mayo.
