The clinic assistant, front desk staff, and the clinic manager were GREAT! They definitely worked together to care for me and were great. The physician, Dr. Gao was not.

The staff seemed flustered by the emergent patient that needed to be stabilized in the clinic hallway. So I feel the process of my appointment was disjointed after that.
