*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I can only say good things about the practice and staff.
I will be scheduling another appt. with *Dr. Dambowy.
I gave the staff "working together" a poor rating because they are located in different offices throughout the Twin Cities area. Sometimes, rhe left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. On Plan of Care, your Survey beat the Plan......What does that tell you about the efficiency of the practice?
My main concern with your clinic is I felt like I was moved from provider to provider. I am not sure if this was a result of covid, but it made communication difficult. I also realize that some of the communication during covid was done via the portal or telephone. My husband and I are senior citizens and not very good on computers. This should be a consideration when trying to communicate with your elderly patients.
This is the MGI clinic I will go to from now on.
The office staff were very pleasant and efficient.
I really appreciate getting a call from MNGI when I need to set up an appointment. The schedulers are also great, and I like knowing that I won't forget to make an appointment because they'll call ME!
Doctors are great. Clinic receptionists in person are great. Seems to be lots of confusion with phone staff and excuses given (not work/know this doctor) & poor followup schedule appts./surgery. Also drs. time delay between actual visit doctors says and when you actually get in for appt./surgery.
Having a summary of my office visit helped in my understanding of what happened during the appointment, as well as next steps.
It was very good to receive written follow up information as it is hard to process everything during an office visit. I appreciate this extra attention to good procedure.
