*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Was given the care plan, but it wasn't really reviewed. Dr. said he would submit referral for test, first step in process and that he wanted me to see him in three months. Schedule is booked out so far, not able to schedule in clinic at the end of appointment. Was told I would be called and they would do it at that time. It was a week and I hadn't heard from anyone. I sent a message through the portal. I was contacted the next day. Referral for test had not been sent in. The doctor that signed the care plan was not the doctor I saw. We never discussed my diet, why was that on assessment and, my blood pressure was not elevated and is under control with my primary care provider. I was not there for that and my diet does not have anything to do with my symptoms. I do not have Dyspepsia. I do not take or need medication for acid reflux.
It was good
Everyone in the Woodbury Clinic that I go to are always highly professional and are always in a happy mood. They are all wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
As a whole, the care team did very good!
All good.
I was told that I am the one to call to schedule the necessary procedure. My problem I am having is that i've tried calling to schedule the balloon endoscopy four days running and have not heard a damn thing; nothing resolved, no callback, no nothing. Not really acceptable.
I'm not sure when to come back and who to see since I keep getting different doctors every time I come.
Overall, you need to work on actually calling patients, like you say you will to schedule a follow up. If it wasn't for this NP being such a wonderful providerI probably would not recommend you to others.
*Dr. even called me after my labs came back, went over the results and went over the treatment plan again. Very thorough!
Nurse aid was having hard time entering the medication date - and did not remove meds that I am not taking any more - Care plan on visit summary did not reflect the conversation with the doctor. Referred to PCP for blood pressure concerns was never discussed during my visit.
