Too many physicians you are shuffled around to.
Decrease the number of appointment reminders. I received 2 texts, an email than a phone call too much! And I replied to all of them, confirming.
I am very pleased with my appointment and staff.
I could definitely recommend this dr. however I warn about the terrible portal & the fact it doesn't communicate with other systems like Health Partners, etc.
Everything was explained extremely well. Everybody worked coherently and well together. Very little wait time. Everything went smooth.
The wait time to schedule initial appointments in concerning and would impact me recommending MNGI to others.
I left knowing exactly what I needed to do. All lab protocols were reviewed with me to be sure testing would be successful.
