Very nice, good office, must have good management to be so organized
The lab personnel were very busy but the kept me apprised of wait times. My phlebotomist was super sweet, kind and great at venipuncture.
I have only been here 2 times, and I received excellent care both times. I have never felt so seen or heard from medical health professionals before. I feel like EVERY SINGLE PERSON I encountered went above and beyond. I normally never do these survey things, but the excellent care I have received here has compelled me to complete this one. The environment is so welcoming and EVERYONE shows passion for what they're doing. The kindness and understanding is phenomenal. I have told all my friends about how awesome I think this place is.
The person at check-in, the, assistant who took me to the room and prepared me for my meeting with the doctor, the doctor and staff were kind and caring and I felt they all wanted me to prosper and feel better.
All staff at this location were top notch!
My first visit I thought the staff was excellent. Dr. was very kind and well informed on the tests that I needed. Vadnais Heights have been blessed to have a fine office here in Vadnais's Hts.
