Virtual visit, but all communication is easy with patient portal.
I love MNGI staff & my provider. The fact that no one followed up w/me when I requests to lodge a complain (2x!) is really disappointing. The fact that this scheduling issue happens every time I need to see my provider & I share the same concerns & nothing changes. Is enough for me to consider changing service providers. Although, I probably won't be able to because your providers are the best for what I need fix the admin. issues, please!
