I went through the effort of filling out the patient profile beforehand, but only some of the information transferred and I had to answer everything all over again. Secondly, the prescription was never called in and I am currently trying to get it resubmitted.

Awesome team from reception to conclusion. I got the sense the day could be tricky with poor weather and timing or potential late arrivals. Everyone seemed to work together to make things work. Calm, courteous, professional service.

I have a care plan but zero options for executing it. As I have mentioned, I need a blood draw (because three nurses couldn't get it done with the equipment (reclining chair) provided. I need a colonoscopy but no female providers are available. So, I feel stuck.
Clinic Assistant provided printed notes of my visit, he went over the instructions for post-visit care. Also, the Visit Notes (written by Dr. Hunninghake) that were posted on my Patient Portal were very helpful
I would one hundred percent recommend MNGI to anyone with GI issues/concerns.
