Had a written plan in my hand at discharge from the office. Terrific, written care
I have all ready told friends and family how good and well run the GI Clinic is. Everyone treated me so well and made me feel respected and comfortable.
I will recommend MNGI as I think your business and most of your staff are class acts, but this doctor was not helpful in the slightest. As far as the care plan, it was nonexistent. He said lose weight. I'm a heavy man and any idiot can clearly see that I need to drop some weight, so making that the whole the diagnosis is not helpful. I was really looking for help with my ongoing digestive issue that had me go to the hospital in extreme pain one night a few weeks ago.
I always leave with a plan with alternatives to help with my current condition.
